Join us for a beginner friendly yoga + breathwork class by the lake!
Class will start with a relaxing breathing technique followed by a beginner friendly yoga class for waking up the body. We will end class with an energizing breathwork technique to start the day!
Breathwork will be led by Brian LeFeve from Great Lakes Surf Shop in SCS
Yoga will be led by Lindsey Siehda – 500 hr registered yoga teacher in SCS.
