1.6 mile loop located in Harrison Township, MI. The trail is located near the indoor Nature Center in Lake Saint Clair Metro Park featuring wild life and educational displays. There is plenty wild life along the trail including turtles and birds. No dogs are allowed on trail but are allowed in the park.

Paved 1.2 mile wooded trail located in the heart of Madison Heights. This trail is a dog friendly easy walk featuring wild flowers and some educational stories along the way. The Nature Center is more than a fun, educational place for kids field trips. It has a trail system that offers a Forest Trail, Sensory trail, and Habitat trail. The center’s interior includes native live animals and classroom space.
Tenhave Woods Nature Trail

Tenhave Woods Nature Trail is a 0.7 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Royal Oak, Michigan that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. Tenhave Woods Nature Trail consists of 22 fenced-in acres, located within the boundaries of Quickstad Park in the Detroit suburb of Royal Oak, Michigan. This trail features a pond and wild life such as squirrels, rabbits and chipmunks. No dogs are allowed.
Troy Community Center Trail

Location: In the Civic Center complex (north side of Big Beaver and west of Livernois), adjacent to the Troy Family Aquatic Center
Troy Community Center Trail is a dog friendly 1.5 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Troy, Michigan. The trail is good for all skill levels and is primarily used for walking. Restrooms are located on the outside of the Troy Family Aquatic Center. Ample parking is available at the tennis courts and Aquatic Center.
Rosie’s Park Loop

Location: Parking is assessable from E. Gardenia Ave. or E. Farnum Ave. Ball fields
Easy paved trail in Madison Heights that loops around ball fields and goes through a wooded section. Good for walking, biking, roller blades, and skateboards. There is a playground at the north end of the park. Dogs are allowed on a leash.
Robinwood Park Loop

Robinwood Park Loop is a paved 1.1 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Troy, Michigan that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking and nature trips and is dog friendly accessible year-round. This park has a playground, open turf area, basketball court, restrooms, skate area, spray park and walking trails. The restrooms and spray park are new amenities. Skate Area Description: This is a small skate area that has a rail, grind box, quarter pipe and bank.

Stage Nature Center Loop is a 1.5 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Troy, Michigan that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The center is open year round and includes a 70-acre nature preserve and a 30-acre historic farm located off South Boulevard. The preserve has two miles of walking trails through upland forest, meadows, wetlands, and cattail marsh. The trails include benches, boardwalks and a marsh tower. No dogs are allowed.
E.L. Johnson Nature Center Loop

The E.L. Johnson Nature Loop is a 0.9-mile trail that is located in a forty-acre nature preserve. The mulched trail parallels the perimeter of the nature preserve and runs along a creek, over rolling hills, through wooded areas and wetlands. The E. L. Nature Preserve itself has nearly 2 miles of interconnected trails, a Visitor Center, wildlife rehabilitation pens, and a four-acre lake. Bicycles and dogs are not allowed.
