This is the perfect simple and quick (10 min) meditation to get out of your head and into your body.  This mediation is for when you are experiencing anxiety and can’t seem to quite get out of your head.  Feeling confused, lost, lonely or even depressed?  This mediation will help soften your mind (which is a muscle that can relax too!!) and feel secure, stable and safe within your body.  If you are feeling resistance to this mediation, no worries this may take some time to feel comfortable doing.  Feeling and “being” in your body may be a new way of being for some of you, so don’t judge, just do what you can. xoxo
