Ten Kid Friendly Hikes In The Metro Detroit Area

Anyone else becoming the person they once disliked?

If we dissolve the polarity between us and we become each other, we can understand each other. We can dissolve the stories that keep us bound to karma.

My libra moon always trying to bridge the gap between them and us, you and I ✌🏼

Manifest seems to be the new word these past few years. As much as I too get caught up of dreaming a life I don’t currently have, I wonder how spiritual manifesting really is?

Manifesting takes us outside of ourselves and embodies the energy lack. This leaves us feeling unwholesome. Those who study philosophy and seek a spiritual path have heard how desire is the root of suffering. What if this is true? Are we really able to dissolve desire?

What if we fully accept what is, knowing that what we really need will always present itself to us and we are always taken care of. What would our world look like? Would we need money? Would we live in fear?

Obviously we have a long way to go to break down systems that require us to work to make money and all that goes along with our current society. But the question is, why do we continue buying (literally and energetically) into desire, want and need?

Tune into our full conversation, link in bio.
Day 6 Three-Mile - Rock Harbor 2.7 miles. We made it! Today was glorious! We each took in our last moments on the island with silence and appreciation. It was bittersweet because I was happy to have completed the hike but also slightly sad because I knew that it was unlikely I will be back.

We saw 1 moose, quite a few snow shoe rabbits, beavers and sea otters! We were a little disappointed that we hadn’t seen more moose, until as we were waiting to be picked up by our seaplane, out of no where, we saw one swimming! I don’t think there was any better way to end this trip! Thankful to have gone and conquered the Monong and happy to be home 🙏🏼
